Asset Registry Services provides systematic photographic, video and itemised documentation of personal property. Our services can be tailored to the scope and purpose of each attendance, creating a clear and organised record at a particular point in time.
Photographic Documentation
Nominated personal property is systematically photographed to create a clear visual record. Images may include overall views, identifying features, serial numbers, labels and relevant details of observed condition. Photographs are organised so individual items can be readily matched to the corresponding inventory record.
Video Walkthrough Documentation
A room-by-room video walkthrough provides additional context by recording the property, its layout and the general location of documented items at the time of attendance. Video complements individual photographs and provides a broader visual record of the property and its contents.
Unique Item Identification (TAGid)
Where required, nominated items can be assigned a unique TAGid (Tag Identification Number) using a removable identification label. The TAGid links the physical item to its corresponding photographs and inventory report entry, helping distinguish similar items and maintain a consistent record throughout the documentation process.
Structured Inventory Reports
Documented items are compiled into a structured inventory report. Depending on the scope, entries may include an item number or TAGid, description, location, observed condition and corresponding photographic references.
Site Attendance Record
An attendance record can document the date and location of the attendance, the authorised contact or representative, the agreed scope of work and other relevant administrative details associated with the documentation process.
Digital Record Package
Completed documentation is organised and supplied in the agreed digital format. Depending on the service selected, the final package may include the inventory report, photographic records, video documentation and supporting attendance records.
