Why ARS Exists

When property matters, clarity matters.

Personal property can become difficult to account for when circumstances change. Estates may need to be administered, families may require a clear record of belongings, insurers may request supporting documentation, or parties may simply want an organised record of significant property.

Asset Registry Services was established to provide a practical, independent way of documenting what is present at a property at a particular point in time.

Our role is straightforward: to observe, document and organise the information clearly and consistently.

We document property objectively and do not take a position on ownership, entitlement or disputes between parties.

Items are recorded using a consistent process so photographs, descriptions, locations and identification references can be readily matched.

Our Role

Documentation, not determination

Asset Registry Services records property and its visible condition at the time of attendance. We do not determine legal ownership, authenticate items, provide professional valuations or offer legal advice.

This independence allows us to remain focused on one task: creating a clear and organised record of the property we have been engaged to document.
